COMMUNITY SERVICES

The Westside Community Services Division provides community support to improve the psychological, spiritual and overall wellbeing of our community residents. This support includes emotional and practical support for survivors of traumatic loss due to homicide, terminal illness, multigenerational trauma, accidents, suicide and violence. Programming includes Transitional Housing, Therapeutic Living Communities and African American focused community services for San Francisco vulnerable populations who have been marginalized due to poverty, race, mental illness, substance abuse, HIV/AIDS and homelessness.

  • BLACK TO THE FUTURE

    Black to the Future is a collaborative of 17 agencies committed to enhancing educational and economic opportunities for the African American community by instilling the necessary tools to become successful through Family Support and Advocacy; Education; Health and Wellness; Workforce Development; and, Violence Prevention.
