HIV Counseling, Testing & Linkages

Westside’s HIV Counseling, Testing & Linkages (CTL) Program aims to reduce the risk of HIV transmission by encouraging HIV counseling, testing, and linkages to primary care service. The program is an ancillary HIV early intervention cooperative project that expands upon existing substance abuse services offered by Community Behavioral Health Services (CBHS). 

SERVICES

CTL services include:

• HIV risk assessment
• Confidential HIV testing
• Post-test counseling
• Post-test linkage to substance abuse, mental health, and primary care service

STAFF

The CTL staff includes:  

• HIV Counselor
• Nurse

REQUIREMENTS

To receive treatment, a client must be:

• A San Francisco resident

Referrals to CTL can by made by calling (415) 355-0311.
